摘要
介绍了我们设计的微机配料系统,通过对金属镁微机配料系统工艺过程的分析,提出了一种能够减小配料累计误差的三步配料控制算法,并将其应用于微机配料系统中。实践证明该控制算法是一种简便实用,控制效果良好的算法。
A computer-matching-material system is designed . Some analyses have been done to the process of the metal magnesium matching-material problem, and one three-steps matching-material control algorithm is developed arming to minimize the accumulative errors. The algorithm is introduced into the computer-matching-material system. The practice results prove the algorithm is valid and owns a robust ability.
