含锆低钴可伐4J461在真空电子器件中的应用

摘要 含锆低钴可伐4J461是一种性能良好而廉价的新型封接合金。它的成份是:3%~4%Cu,5%~6%Co,45%~46%(Ni+Co+Cu),少量的Zr,其余为Fe。与常用的封接合金(如FeNi29Co18、FeNi33Co14、FeNi29Co20)相比,该合金的含钴量降低了2/3左右。它的主要特性是本质晶粒细,二次再结晶温度高、抗焊料晶间渗透能力强;与95%Al_2O_3瓷的“铜封”件具有良好的气密性、抗热冲击性能和高的封接强度,能够满足磁控管、行波管等制造要求。 The low-cobalt kovar alloy 4J461 with a little Zr is a new type metal-ceramic sealing alloy with good performance and low cost. It consists of 3 %~4%Cu, 5%~6%Co, 45%~46%(Ni+Co + Cu)and 0.02%~0.1%Zr, the balance is iron. Comparing to general sealing alloys (such as FeNi29Co18, FeNi33Co14, FeNi29Co20), the cobalt content of the alloy has decreased by about two thirds. The essential properties of the alloy consist in fine grains, elevated temperature of secondary recrystallization and strong resistance to permeation of the solder along its grain-boudary. The alloy-95%Al_2O_3 ceramic seals using oxygen-free copper as solder possess with high sealing strength, good tightness and spelling resistance, and are sufficient for making magnetron, TWT,etc.
