摘要
根据翟镇煤矿井巷掘进工艺、环境和条件,应用事故因果连锁理论,通过分析其严重伤害事故因素和各因素之间的逻辑关系,提出了该矿山井巷掘进严重伤害的可能性评价体系,计算了该矿山井巷掘进工作面严重伤害潜能分数、操作控制分数及其控制水平,提出了增加操作因素控制措施。
According to the technique, environment and condition of underground-mine digging in Zhaizhen coal mine, the paper analyses all serious reasons and logic relation among all serious reasons of casualty in underground-mine digging in Zhaizhen coal mine by applying the theory of accident consequence chain. A possible estimation system of casualty in underground-mine digging in Zhaizhen coal mine is established. The potential score, operation control score and control level of casualty are calculated. Finally it puts forward some measures and suggestions of controlling casualty.
