摘要
运用可压缩粘性流体力学的理论。分析了扩散泵喷咀内部的流动,其结果用于扩散泵返流的计算,与实验结果比较一致。揭示了扩散泵返流的实质,为减少扩散泵返流提供了理论依据。
In this paper, we analyze the fluid inside the jet nozzle of diffusion pump using the theory of compressible and viscous fluid mechanics. The calculation results agrees with the experimental result. It reveals the essence of the backstreaming of diffusion pump and provides a theoretical basis for reducing the backstreaming of diffusion pump.
