论开放化学实验室与学生创造能力的培养

On Developing Chemistry Laboratory and Training of the Students' Innovative Ability

创造能力主要是对自己已有的知识及经验的分解和组合,具体表现为自我实现的创造能力。作为以实验为基础的化学,开放实验室不仅是必要的而且也是可行的。通过加强化学基础经验、变革演示实验为分组实验、改革实验研究方法等有效措施,为培养勇于探索、具有创造能力的小学合格师资奠定了良好基础。

Innovative ability mainly indicates the decomposing and composing one's mastered knowledge and experience, e.g. an innovative ability of self-realization. It is not only necessary to open laboratory but also possible as chemistry based on laboratory. This paper suggests we should strengthen the chemistry basic experimentation into group one, and reform the ways of experimentation in order to lay down the good foundation of training the qualified primary school teachers with the spirit of probing bravely and ability of innovation.
