摘要
本文主要考察二语实义词呈现方式与概念表征之间的关系。从二语学习是一个有意识的认知过程、二语学习的每个层面都与注意有关这一假设出发,假设二语词汇习得体现一定程度的认知性。具体表现为:目标词的呈现方式影响目标词的表征形式;目标词表征形式继而影响目标词的习得层面。为了验证这一假设,我们根据成人对客观事物的四种概念表征方式及目标词的 L1对等词表征,采用个案观察法及出声思考法,对一例正常被试进行了为期三年的跟踪测评。结果发现,目标词呈现方式和目标词概念表征之间有直接的关系,呈现方式决定概念表征的形式.目标词表征形式影响目标词的习得层面。
The present paper explores the relation between presentation of L2 content words and their conceptual representations.Based on the hypothesis that L2 learning is a conscious process,with attention to playing a crucial role in every aspect of L2 learning,it is assumed that L2 lexical acquisi- tion also entails human cognitive ability.Having followed up a subject for three years,during which we have closely studied the way the subject used the target word in relation to the way we presented it,we maintain that there be direct correlation between the L2 presentation and its conceptual repre- sentation,the former being determinative and that L2 words are conceptually represented either di- rectly or indirectly via their L1 counterparts.And it is also noted that the presentation of L2 words in- fluences the extent to which learners master L2 target words.
