摘要
认为所有制结构变迁可以遵循的路径有自发演进、人为选择和人为设计,而在这些路径中最优的路径是遵循所有制结构的自发演进,即按照对资源配置效率的高低形成动态均衡的所有制结构。自发演进的路径具有内生决定性、渐进性和动态性。在转轨时期所有制结构演进受到社会制度、改革目标、经济发展阶段和产业结构等条件的约束。应该认识到,这些约束又可以分为可以突破的"软约束"和必须遵循的"硬约束"。
The evolving path of ownership structure can follow the self-moving evolution,artificial choice and artificial design.We think the self-moving evolution of ownership structure is superior to other paths,according to the optimum allocation of resources and development of balanced ownership structure.But the self-moving evolution is limited by the stipulation of social system,the reform target,the economy development stage and the industrial structure,which can be divided into the soft stipulation which can be made a breakthrough and the stiff stipulation that must be followed.
