关于制度供给过剩的一个框架

A Framework for Institutional Excess Analysis

制度供求理论通常注重对制度供给不足的分析,而对制度过剩却未进行深入讨论,本文就是针对这一不足而对制度供给过剩问题做一初步探索。制度供给过剩是指某些制度与制度环境不自恰。本文的框架是从制度的不可设计性推出国家提供适意制度的不可能性。国家行为只会引起制度过剩,而"试错"可以作为纠正制度过剩的方法。

The traditional theories on institution demand and supply put most of its emphasis on the analysis of lack of institution supply, whereas it has not go deep into the discussion of excess of institution supply. The exploration initiated in this thesis is just devoting to amending such imperfection. Compared with the long existed research which proves the necessity of state providing institution by the lack of institution supply, this paper puts forward the unfeasibility of state providing appropriate institution through the unfeasibility of institution designing. Using the theory of spontaneous social order to explain the reason of excess of institution supply is one of my innovations.
