论理想的译者

On An Ideal Translator

理想的译者应该满足这样三个条件:具有很强的双语表达及转换能力;熟悉两种语言的文化背景,并能娴熟地进行跨文化对话;超越了视翻译为技、为艺的定位层次。

This paper attempts to research translation from the angle of a translator.It maintains that an ideal translator is supposed to meet three requirements.In the first place,he (she) should have strong bilingual competence.Secondly,he (she) should have the ability to conduct cross-cultural dialogues.Thirdly,he (she) must break the normal views that translation is a skill or an art.
