转变思想观念与法律教学改革——云南警官学院法律教学改革的思考

Changing Ideas and Reform of Legal Education-Considerations for Reform of Legal Education in Yunnan Police Officers Academy

云南警官学院的成立 ,是我省公安教育史上的一次飞跃。学院作为培养云南省人民警察的最高学府 ,法学教育在教学工作中占有重要地位。如何改革公安法学教育以适应办学层次的提高 ,怎样提高民警的法律素质以适应公安执法的实际需求 ,如何应对公安院校分配体制改革后人才的竞争 ,如何构建公安法学教育体系及人才培养模式。此类问题 ,已成为学院目前面临的一个重大课题。

The establishment of Yunnan Police Officers Academy represents a significant advance in the history of education in Yunnan Province. Legal education plays a vital teaching role at the Academy because the Academy is the highest institution to train policemen in Yunnan Province. Some of the issues we are faced with at the Academy include how to reform the curricula in response to the upgraded level of the Academy;how to improve the legal expertise of policemen to meet the needs of law enforcement;how to face increased competition with changes in the employment system;and how to design the education system and develop a training model.
