Report and Countermeasures Research on Drug Crimes in Ludian County

由于鲁甸县特殊的地理位置 ,近几年来 ,其逐渐发展成为境外毒品运往内地的中转站和主要通道 ,社会危害十分严重 ,人民群众对此反响强烈。根据鲁甸县的实际情况 ,结合对巍山县永建地区毒品犯罪专项治理的经验 ,只有采取加大打击力度、狠抓预防宣传教育、强化戒毒手段、创建“无毒社区”等多项措施 ,才能有效地打击和遏制毒品违法犯罪活动 ,维护社会稳定 ,保证经济建设顺利进行。

As a result of the unique location of Ludian,it has become a transfer station and main passage for cross-border transportation of drugs. As a result of this location and the lessons learned in drug control in the Yongjian area of Weishan county,multiple countermeasures have to be undertaken,including aggressive policing,prevention education,and drug treatment,to control crime and to maintain the stability of the community and its economic development.
