Three Represents to Expedite the Progress of Rule by Law

党领导人民实现依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家的宏伟目标,一定要贯彻落实"三个代表"重要思想,充分认清党在社会主义法治国家建设中的地位和作用。党必须始终代表最广大人民的根本利益,掌握和行使好人民赋予的权力;党的一切工作必须在宪法和法律的范围内,不得有超越宪法和法律的特权;必须从严治党,从制度上进一步加强和改进党的建设,推动依法治国的顺利进行。

The grand goal to run the country by law and build China into a country ruled by law is to be realized though the implementation of the important thought of Three Represents and the understanding of the Party's role and position in the construction of a socialist country run by law.The Party should always represent the interest of the overwhelming majority of the people,exercise well the powers within the bondage of constitution and law without privileges surpassing them,be strict with the Party members and expedite the progress of running the country by law.
