Developing Teaching Modes for Students of Vocational Colleges

根据独立设置职业技术学院的生源实际情况,就以素质为基础、以能力为中心、以就业为导二 批向的高职人才培养模式,提出教育教学改革措施。突出实践教学环节,独立构建实践教学体系并以教育"超市"为载体,注重学生为主体,提高学习能力与创新思维的培养;提倡教师进行教育教学科研,改革教一 批学方法以适应高职教育的特点。

With the quality of the student resources of vocational colleges in mind,we should try to develop a quality-based,competence-centered and employment-oriented mode applicable for them,focusing on hands-on teaching in educational 'supermarket',fostering students' learning and creating abilities and encouraging teachers' efforts in research and reform towards instructional thoughts and methods good for vocational higher learning.
