维他三维能手比色板在金属陶瓷修复治疗中的应用

The application of vitapan 3-D master shade guide to prosthodontic treatment with metal ceramic restorations

目的:探讨维他三维能手比色板在金属陶瓷修复治疗中的应用效果。方法:采用修复前比色,修复体制作完成后,在模型上和在口腔内核对颜色的方法,评价颜色复制效果。结果:修复体完成后,在口腔内核对颜色时,用维他三维能手比色板组,94.2%的患者对颜色满意,用维他经典比色板组,89.4%的患者对颜色满意。结论:维他三维能手比色板比维他经典比色板覆盖的颜色空间更宽,临床使用更加方便、快捷,在金属陶瓷修复治疗中的应用,效果令人满意。

Objective: The effects of Vitapan 3-D Master Shade Guide were investigated in the fabrication of porcelainfused to metal restorations. Method: The effects of color duplication were evaluated through color election before restoring,color check on model and in patients mouth after restoration finished. Results: The rates of satisfaction of the patientsused Vitapan 3-D Master Shade Guide and ones used Vitapan Classical Shade Guide were 94.2% and 89.4% respectivelywhen checking the color of finished restorations with their teeth. Conclusion: Because Vitapan 3-D Master Shade Guidecovers wider color than Vitapan Classical Shade Guide, the former is more useful in the range of metal ceramic restorations.
