转移侧方关系在上颌尖牙金属烤瓷修复中的应用

Transmitting lateral occlusion relation in manufacturing PFM prostheses of the maxillary canine with cuspid-protected occlusion

目的:评价一种简单的转移侧方关系的方法在尖牙保护患者的上颌尖牙金属烤瓷修复中的应用效果。方法:选择尖牙保护患者187例需要进行金属烤瓷修复的上颌尖牙,采用光固化复合树脂延长邻牙的颊尖或切端,变尖牙保护为组牙功能。结果:99.47%被修复尖牙的侧方关系,基本恢复到修复前状况,患者无不适感觉。结论:采用光固化复合树脂延长邻牙牙尖的方法记录和转移侧方关系,有利于恢复上颌尖牙修复前的情况,可取得满意的临床效果。

Objective: To evaluate a simple method of transmitting lateral occlusion relation in manufacturing PFMprostheses of the maxillary canine with cuspid-protected occlusion. Methods: 187 maxillary canines were chosen frompatients with cuspid-protected occlusions which were modified into group function occlusions by lengthening the buccalcusps or incisal edges of neighbouring teeth with light-cured composite. Result: The lateral occlusions of 99.47% maxillarycanines were rehabilitated and the patients had no uncomfortable feeling. Conclusion: This method recording andtransmitting lateral occlusion can help to rehabilitate the occlusion of maxillary canine and a good clinical result can begained.
