义齿修复工作模型超硬石膏用量的调查及分类 被引量:3

摘要 目的:调查工作模型中超硬石膏的用量并分类,便于在应用中控制水粉比,提高模型质量,节约材料。方法:对临床超硬石膏工作模型称重,计算其超硬石膏的用量,结合临床模型的大小对所测数据进行统计分类。结果:①上下颌样本数据的配对t检验示P=0.001,平均差为10.2g 。②一般工作模型的超硬石膏用量分为5类:特大类(~60g)、大类(~50g)、中类(~40g)、小类(~30g)、特小类(10g~20g)。对应托盘型号,石膏用量上颌分为前4类,下颌分为后4类。结论:工作模型的超硬石膏用量由多个因素决定,以牙、颌弓大小作分类指标具有相对合理性。 将分类应用于临床工作,可以定量控制水粉比,提高模型质量,节约材料。 Objective: To investigate and classify the amount of die stone of work model to make results of controllingwater powder ratio , improving model qualities and saving materials in use. Methods: After clinical work model waspoured with die stone and weighed, the amount of die stone of the work model was calculated. On combining size ofclinical model, statistical evaluation and classification can be proceeded with the measured data. Results: ① Thepaired-T test of maxillomandibular sample data suggests: P=0.001,d (mean)=10.2g.②The classification of the amountof die stone of general work model is as following: the larger group(~60g)、the large group(~50g)the middlegroup(~40g)、the small group (~30g) and the smaller group (10g~20g). Correspond to tray types, the amount ofdie stone of maxillary work model belongs to the former 4 groups and that of mandibular work model belongs to the later4 groups. Conclusions: The classification based on the size of jaw dental arch has relative rationality because the amountof die stone of work model is determined by multiple factors. By clinical application of the classification, quantitativecontrol of water powder ratio, improvement of model qualities and saving of materials can come off.
