杨凌示范区投资环境评价研究

Assessment of the Investment Environment of Yangling Demonstration Zone

在分析区内投资环境现状的基础上,通过杨凌示范区与西安高新区、陕西省高新区在自然环境、基础设施、人力资源、科技资源和经济发展水平等五个方面的比较,提出改善杨凌示范区投资环境的若干措施:(1)加强基础设施薄弱环节的建设,解决杨凌示范区投资环境瓶颈问题;(2)充分发挥农业科技资源优势,走特色农业之路;(3)大胆创新人才机制,盘活现有人才存量,真正做到留住人才、吸引人才;(4)发展农村经济,推进杨凌城镇化建设;(5)打好会展牌、旅游牌,加强与区外的合作交流。

Based on present situation of Yangling Demonstration Zone,we compare with Xi'an's and Shaanxi's high-tech Demonstration Zones in five respects such as natural condition, infrustructure,Sci-tech resource,human resource and ecomomic development level. Finally some measures are given to promote investment environment of Yangling Demonstration Zone, including providing more superior service of infrustructure, making the best use of agricultural sci-tech resource and human resource, developing rural economy and cooperating with other zones and countries.
