In the new era,the main idea of Three Represents(TR) is the guiding idea for the construction of enterprise culture in that it objectively reflects the need of advanced enterprise.Construction of advanced enterprise culture must do well with the followings:guide it with the contents of contemporary advanced Chinese culture,combine it with the practice of employee taking part in enterprise management,with the liberation and innovation of Chinese grand traditional culture,with the various practice of science and culture.
