摘要
行政听证制度在资本主义法律体系中占有十分重要的地位 ,我国自 1996年在相关法律中建立听政制度以来 ,其价值已初步显现。新颁布的行政许可法在听证程序上又有了进一步的完善 ,本文主要从听证参与人。
The administrative hearing system has played a very important role in the legal system of west countries. Since a hearing system was established in some relevant laws in our country in 1996, it has taken effect step by step. The newly-enacted Administrative Permit Law improved the procedure of hearing. This article discusses the following aspects: the hearing participants, the effect of hearing record and how to guarantee the hearing right.
