An Analysis of the Causes of Repeated Construction in the Economic Development Zone

开发区在地区经济中的作用日益重要。本文以常州开发区为例 ,分析了我国开发区重复性建设的若干表现及其成因 ,提出必须体制创新 ,以市场化模式开发、管理开发区 ,取代目前的政府主导型开发。

The economic development zone has exercised its important impact on the development of the local economy. Taking Changzhou economic development zone as an example, this article analyzes the existing problems during the development of economic areas in China and proposes several solutions such as congregating a variety of resources and exploring overall advantages of the economic development zone.
