摘要
行政文化由行政思想、行政价值观和行政心理组成;传统行政文化对现代行政文化产生着积极与消极、正效应与负效应两个方面的影响;加强现代行政文化建设,应当着重围绕推进行政伦理道德法制建设、塑造健康人格、促进行政文化社会化、构建价值评价体系、创建法理型行政文化等来进行。
Administrative culture consists of idea, value and psychology of administration. Traditional administrative culture can effect modern ones positively or negatively. In order to enhance construction of administrative culture, we have to pay attention to developing people' s moral character,consummating our law system,socializing administrative culture and providing a better value - estimate way.
