口外前牵引联合颏兜矫治AngleⅢ骨性反8例报告 被引量:1

Treatment effect of combined maxillary protraction and chincap appliance in skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion

摘要 目的:总结应用口外前牵引联合颏兜矫治混合牙列期和恒牙早期安氏Ⅲ类骨性反(牙合)的效果。方法:7-12岁安氏Ⅲ类骨性的反(牙合)8例,用口外前牵引联合颏兜矫治。结果:上颌骨与上牙弓均有前移,上颌长度增加,A点前移,上切牙唇倾度减小;下切牙舌侧倾斜;上下颌骨矢状关系逐渐趋向正常,凹面型得到改善。结论:口外前牵引联合颏兜是矫治混合牙列期和恒牙早期安氏Ⅲ类骨性反(牙合)的有效方法。 Objective: to evaluate the treatment effects of the combined maxillary protraction and chincap appliance for skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion in the mixed dentition and early permanent dentition. Method; eight cases with crossbite were treated by using the combined maxillary protraction and chincap appliance. The mean age of the patients was 8 years 6 months, ranging from 7-12 years old. Result: It shows that there was a forward movement of the maxillary complex with the device; the maxillary length increased; point A moved forward; the inclination of upper incisors were decreased; the growth direction and form had changed in the mandible; low incisors were reclined; changes in the maxilla and the mandible contributed to the correction of the anteroposterior jaw relationship. Conclusion: It is an effective method to correct skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion using the combined maxillary protraction and chincap appliance in the mixed dentition and early permanent dentition.
