钢丝绳磁检测中漏磁场的有限元分析 被引量:5

摘要 为了考察钢丝绳断丝产生的漏磁感应强度大小,为磁检测系统中传感器的设计提供依据,采用有限元法计算了钢丝绳断丝产生的漏磁感应强度。结果表明:钢丝绳断丝产生的漏磁感应强度是沿着远离钢丝绳表面的方向减小的,利用有限元分析可为传感器的设计提供理论依据和参考。 To research the density of magnetic flux leakage that broken wires produce,so as to provide the design foundation for the sensors in magnetic testing system,the finite element method is used to compute the induction density of magnetic flux leakage.The analytical result indicates that the induction density of magnetic flux leakage of broken wires decreases along the direction away from surface of wire ropes,and it is feasible that the finite element method is used to provide the foundation and reference for the design of sensors.
