摘要
在 p H为 2 .0的 Clark- L ubs缓冲溶液条件下 ,人血清白蛋白与四磺基金属酞菁类染料结合 ,使共振光散射急剧增强 ,并产生新的共振光散射光谱 .不同体系在质量浓度 0~ 3.0 mg/ L 范围内 ,共振光增强 ,与人血清白蛋白浓度呈线性关系 ,检出限为 0 .0 33~ 0 .10 0 mg/ L.表明四磺基金属酞菁类染料都可以作为共振光散射试剂测定人血清白蛋白 .考察了某些共存物质的影响 。
In a Clark-Lubs buffer at pH 2.0, human serum albumin (HSA) can bind with thtrasulponaeted metal phthalocyanine dyes to form new products, resulting in the great enhancement of resonance light scattering(RLS) and new RLS spectra. The enhanced intensity of RLS is proportional to the concentration of HSA in the range of 0~3.0 mg/L for different systems, and the detection limit is 0.033~0.100 mg/L. It shows that all thtrasulponaeted metal phthalocyanine dyes can determine HSA by RLS. The influence of some coexisting substance is investigated and the interaction mechanism of protein and dyes is discussed initiatively.
