摘要
分析了西北某县污水排放的现状 ,提出在该县修建污水厂和污水回用处理厂的必要性、可行性 ,该工程会产生良好的社会效益和经济效益。
This study is conducted for a project of building a sewage treatment plant and reclaiming the effluent in a northwestern county in China, where both water resource scarcity and water pollution exist. The feasibility and necessity for the project are also discussed.
