略论公文语言中口语词的使用原则

On the Principle of Using Spoken Language in Officialese

近年来,公文语言中吸收运用口语词的现象比较突出。为此,应确立公文语言中口语词的使用原则:审慎选择,恰当运用。在公文语言中不应用方言土语,应恰当选用惯用语、俗语、顺口溜等口语词。

Some new traits of officialese, especially the use of spoken language,are emerging in recent years, which causes various arguments. This paper holds that spoken language is needed in officialese. Refusing and overusing of spoken language for the sake of colloquialization of officialese are not acceptable. Based on the principles of cautious selection and proper use, spoken language such as phrases, vulgarisms and doggerels should be adopted in officialese while local dialects and jargons should be forbidden.
