摘要
在近代宪法形成的因果链上 ,近代资产阶级革命只是其中的一个环节 ,却不是根源性环节 ,近代资本主义宪法根源于发生在 1 6 - 1 9世纪的经济全球化运动 ,是在经济全球化运动诱发经济生活、社会结构以及观念模式的全方位变革之后 ,以政治对抗、阶级妥协。
Modern capitalism revolution was not the original sour ce of modern constitution, it was the economic globali-zation which formed the basic origin to the modern constitution. Only after the overall change within the zone of idea、social structure、system as a result of economic globalization, modern constitution came into being, by way of political conflicts、class compromise、interests balance.
