摘要
将发电厂的废料粉煤灰粉碎至微米级后与三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)混炼,由此制得的混炼胶再与聚丙烯树脂进行熔融共混,经注射成样条后分别测试其冲击强度和拉伸强度。结果表明添加此混炼胶能显著地改善聚丙烯的韧性,而且由于刚性粉煤灰的加入减少了因韧性增加所导致的拉伸强度下降;同时熔融指数及密炼试验表明,共混体系的加工流动性能没有太大变化。利用含有粉煤灰的混炼胶填克聚丙烯是提高粉煤灰利用价值的有效途径。
Ash power from electrical plant was smashed to microm grade. It was incorporated into EPDM rubber and then smelted. This smelted rubber was blended with PP at high temperature in the twin screw extruder. The resultant modified PP was injected into standard bars. The impact strength and tensile strength were measured. It was found that the impact strength of modified PP was improved greatly, at the same time the addition of ash power could contribute to the tensile strength. The rheological property and the processing character kept almost no changed.
