摘要
产于澧水下游水系的黄鳝对鳗鲡独孤吸虫的总感染率为46 7%,感染强度为3 14(1~11)。体长24cm以下的黄鳝未检出该种吸虫;体长29 1cm以上的黄鳝均有较高的感染率(50%以上),且差异不大,其感染强度亦无显著性差异。鳗鲡独孤吸虫种群主要由体长3~5mm的虫体组成,在黄鳝种群中呈聚集分布,其负二项分布参数k=0 377。鳗鲡独孤吸虫的寄生对黄鳝肥满度有一定影响,使黄鳝肥满度系数平均下降9 8%。
The total prevalence and mean intensity of the trematoda (Azygia anguillae) are 46.7% and 3.14(1~11) in ricefield eels(Monopterus albus)from the lower reaches of Li River drainages,Hunan Province,respectively.The trematoda was not discovered in the fish with body length below 24 cm,while there were high prevalence(50%)and no significant differences in prevalence in the fish with body length over 29.1 cm.The population of Azygia anguillae was mainly composed of worm with body length of 3~5 mm.The frequency distribution of the trematode was overdispersed among the fish population.Its parameter of negative binomial distribution was 0.377.The fish infected by Azygia anguillae,had low condition factor(9.8% in average).
