对区域海洋产业布局合理性内涵,海洋产业的协调发展、开发现状与合理布局间的矛盾及对策进行了分析研究;论述了在海域使用可行性论证工作中,搞好区域海洋产业合理布局,促使海洋产业协调发展的指导思想与对策;以大连市经济技术开发区用海项目为例进行了讨论。

Theideas of reasonable regional marine industry arrangement and the concerted development of marine industry and the paradox between the status of marine industry distributing and suitability arrangement were been analyzed and study in this paper.Themethods of the regional marine industry suitability arrangement and concerted development were been discussed and a relevant example was given.
