黄河故道区荒漠化现状、成因及综合治理对策研究——以山东省冠县为例

The study of actualities,cause and control of desertification in Yellow River died-riverway—— with case of Guanxian Shandong Province

荒漠化现象一直是黄河故道区的主要自然灾害之一;以山东省聊城地区的冠县为例,分析了黄河故道区土地荒漠化的成因,除了黄河改道的影响外,还包括该区较为恶劣自然条件和不合理的人类活动的作用;探讨了目前冠县荒漠化现状和治理的现状及治理所面临的困难;提出了4条治理对策:因地制宜,分区治理;广辟渠道,增加建设投入,改善投资环境;完善执法体系建设,逐步提高科学管理的水平;控制人口数量,加强宣传力度,提高认识。

Duing to the course changing,the desertification in Yellow River died-riverway is one of the most seriously natural disaters Guanxian of Shandong province is one of these places.Besides the causation,the illogical activites of people and the badly natural environments also contributes to the formation of desertification.In order to prevent and control desertification and relieve hazard of it,we put forward some measures for the controlling:Adjusting measure to local condition;Building the perfect invesment environment in the interest of attracting the invest;Perfecting the law system and enhancing the manage level;Controlling population growthly strictly and increasing the propagate to heighten people' s quality.
