摘要
通过对旋转风机叶片表面压力信号测量的应用,介绍了风机实验台的信号光电转换系统的结构及原理;通过在动静系统分别加入微处理器,分析并选用了与之相适应的串行发送方式和电路设计;实现了对采样数据的储存和分时发送,并将二次发送校验系统和数据返回式校验系统分别运用到旋转系统中,解决了动静系统的信号可靠传输问题.
The theory and structure of the opt-electronic pressure measuring and transferring system are introduced, which has been used in measuring static pressure of the rotating centrifugal fan successfully. In the mechanism, two micro-processers, which can store and send signal digitally, are installed in rotating system and static system respectively. In the system, the Duel-sending-calibrating system and Returning-calibrating system can ensure correct transferring of the signal.
