摘要
在编制辽河、浑河中下游河段洪水预报方案时,选蓄峰比值为参数,建立河道上下游站洪峰流量(水位)相关关系,对1985年以来辽河、浑河干流的洪水进行预报,收到了很好的效果。
The flood storage ratio is used as parameter for set up the correlation relation of peak flow(water level) in river course upstream and downstream hydrological stations, forecasted the flood of Liaohe river and Hunhe river in 1985 year and obtained a good result in working out the scheme of flood forecast in Liaohe river and Hunhe river middle and downstream.
