摘要
本文结合太子河流域现有工程的特点,提出了对两座串联水库采用动态补偿洪水调度的方法,来动态提高参窝水库汛期限制水位,以增加水库的效益。经分析计算,在不增加任何工程投入及承担任何风险的前提下,经济效益显著。
The paper puts forward the flood regulation method for dynamic compensation of two connection reservoirs in order to raise the limiting water level of Shenwo reservoir in flood period for increasing reservoir benefit. The economical benefit is notable under the circumstance of no increasing engineering and no risk according to analyzing and computing.
