After establishment of water regime automatic measuring and reporting system and flood control data base and regulation system, the rational structure of data base is the precondition for promoting flood control and utilization efficiency of water resources. This paper explains issue of the design of data base structure for confluence calculation of rivers and reservoirs joint regulation. It is the base of rivers and reservoirs joint optimization regulation.
