摘要
探讨了利用现水库为上库,兴建下库,安装高扬程水泵,进行抽水蓄能技术改造的工程措施。重点从工程规划、工程布置、工程规模、环境影响评价以及经济评价等方面论述了抽水蓄能技术改造工程建设的必要性和可行性。
Engineering measures for construction of down-reservoir by using current reservoir as up-reservoir, installation of highhead pump and technological innovation of pumped-storage power are studied. From the point of project planning, overall arrangement, scale, environment influence and economic evaluation, the necessity and feasibility of fechnological innovation of pumped-storage power are discussed.
