In order to design high strength lightweight aggregate concrete with self compacting, the influence of three key factors, which are water to binder ratio, sand percent, the maximum size of lightweight aggregate, and the proportion design of admixtures were researched in this paper. The main parameters of producing LC50~LC60 were ensured. The lightweight aggregate concrete with the 28 d compressive strength over 70 MPa, the slump up to 240 mm and the flow slump more than 680 mm was produced.
