摘要
从超高强碱激发矿渣 ( AAS)水泥的碱组份、改性水玻璃 ( MWG)的模数、矿渣微细粉的细度以及 MWG的有效组份等方面研究了制备 AAS水泥及超高强混凝土 ( C80~ C12 0 )的主要参数。通过微孔结构 ( MIP)、化学结合水等研究 ,分析了 AAS水泥浆体微结构形成与工艺参数的关系。进行了 AAS超高强混凝土用于高压输水管的应用研究。在同样胶材用量下 ,AAS混凝土抗压强度为普通混凝土的 2~ 4倍 ,渗透性为普通混凝土的 1/ 3~ 1/ 5。在 85℃、8h蒸养条件下 ,混凝土制品抗压强度可超过 10 0
In this paper, main parameters of compounding ultra high strength alkali activated slag (AAS) cement and concrete (C80~C120) are investigated by means of researching the alkali component of ultra high strength AAS cement system, the modulus of modified water glass (MWG), the fineness of slag powder and the effectual component of MWG. The relation between micro structural formation of AAS cement and parameters is analyzed through the study of micro pore structural and chemical combined water.Ultra high strength AAS concrete is used in high pressure pipeline. With the same amount of cementitious material, compressive strength of AAS concrete is 2~4 times and the permeability is 1/3~1/5 times comparison with normal concrete, and the compressive strength of concrete is able to exceed 100 MPa under the condition of steam curing for 8 hours at 85 ℃.
