新型抹灰砂浆的性能及其施工技术的研究

采用水泥砂浆抹灰后常常会出现开裂、空鼓及脱落等质量事故 ,进而导致抹灰层上面的外装饰层的开裂或脱落 ,严重影响了墙体的装饰质量。通过对大量质量事故原因的分析 ,发现抹灰砂浆的性能及抹灰施工技术是影响抹灰层质量的主要因素。通过采用人工砂作为骨料 ,并掺入适量的混合料来改善水泥砂浆的性能 。

There will be many quality accident in the plastering surface such as cracking hollowing and peeling after plastering used cement mortar, which cause the cracking and peeling of the decorative surface on the plastering surface. By analyzing the reason of the quality accident, it is thought that the performance of the plaster and the construction technique of the plastering are two main factors. The performance of the plaster is improved by using manufactured sand as the aggregate and adding the mixture,and the main point about construction technique is got.
