摘要
利用油田污泥为原料 ,通过掺以粘土对其进行改性和矿物设计并烧结制作建筑材料 ,当污泥质量分数为30 % ,成型压力为 2 0 MPa,1110℃烧结 2 h时 ,制品的抗压强度可达到 4 9.1MPa。进一步的研究表明 ,污泥中的碳酸钙分解后可与粘土中的活性二氧化硅反应生成主晶相为硅灰石的稳定矿物 ,且二氧化硅的存在对污泥中碳酸钙的分解有明显的诱导作用。当污泥用量大于 30 %时 ,碳酸钙分解会产生明显的体积倒缩现象 ,从而影响试块的容重和强度。
The building materials using oily sludge by sintered method were studied. The mineral constitutes were designed. The strength of compression of product was 49.1 MPa in the conditions of 30% ratio of oily sludge, 20 MPa of molding pressure,1 110 ℃ of sintering temperature and 2 h of heat preservation time. Further studies indicated that the stabilization mineral of wollastonite was main crystal phase when the reactions occurred between CaCO 3 of oily sludge and active SiO 2 of clay, the presence of SiO 2 had obvious inducement effects to the decomposition of CaCO 3 of oily sludge. The bulk density and strength of samples were affected when the dosage of oily sludge was more than 30%.
