摘要
对某大型工业燃烧器进行了三维全尺寸数值模拟。计算结果比较合理的反映了燃烧室内发生的流动以及传热、传质、燃烧等复杂的化学反应过程。针对所计算的结果 ,指出了该燃烧室存在的结构缺陷并通过分析、比较 ,提出了一种优化方案对其继续模拟计算 ,最终达到了优化燃烧 ,控制高温区的范围 ,生成的 SO2 明显增加等主要优化目的。优化后的燃烧器投入使用后 ,运行情况良好 。
Three dimensioned numerical simulating is applied to a big industrial burner. The result showed reasonably the process of complicated chemical reaction for the flow, the combustion and exchange of heat and mass in the firebox.The frame limitations of the burner were found from the analysis of results, and a optimal project were put forward for sequential numerical simulating.The good running status showed that the burner caught be optimized.
