Study on Purification of Pearlite Filtration Aid

叙述了一类经纯化处理的低可溶物含量的天然多孔玻璃质助滤剂产品 ,即淤浆导电性低的珍珠岩助滤剂产品。其可溶性铁的含量每kg产品低于 2mg ,可溶性铝的含量每kg产品低于 10mg。它们不仅保持了所用原料的复杂多孔特性 ,而且具有很低的可溶物含量 ,由此可获得更广泛的应用 ,特别是在生化制品及啤酒中的应用。

This paper describes purified natural glass products having low concentrations of soluble substances. More particularly, this paper relates to expanded perlite filter aid products having low slurry electrical conductivities. Its concentration of soluble iron is less than 2mg/kg product and the concentration of soluble aluminum is less than 10mg/kg product. The products retain the intricate and porous characteristics of the feed material but possess low concentrations of soluble substances, thereby permitting much greater utility, particularly in filtration for bio-chemical products.
