应用试验证明 ,沉积型高岭土经超细粉碎、煅烧、超细磨矿和硅烷偶联剂表面处理后 ,作为高性能电缆胶料的填料 ,其填充性能得到明显的改善。

After ultrafine crush, calcined, superfine milled and surface modification by silane coupling agents, the calcined kaolin powder of surface modification can be the functional filler for high quality cable rubber material. The filling properties of the modified one are greatly improved, which has been confirmed by the application experiment.
