摘要 考察了盐酸加料速率和偶联剂KH 5 5 0对沉淀法白炭黑的堆密度、DBP值、平均粒径和粒度分布的影响。XRD、FTIR分析表明 ,所得产品为典型非晶SiO2 ,TGA、DSC分析和理化性能分析表明 ,改性剂KH 5 5 0已有效地接枝到产品粒子表面。 The effect of feeding rate of hydrochloric acid and coupling agent KH 550 on bulk density,DBP value, average particle size and size distribution of precipitated white carbon is studied in this article. XRD and FTIR analysis show that the modified product obtained is typical amorphous SiO 2;TG,DSC analysis and physical & chemical analysis show that the KH 550 has been successfully grafted on the surface of the product particles.
