摘要
针灸处方选配穴方法多种多样,但必须遵循一定的原则,方能提高疗效。本文综合有关针灸文献,结合作者的临床经验,提出针灸处方选配穴十三法,初步探讨了十三法的特点、适应范围及内在联系,期冀对指导针灸选配穴位有一定裨益。
There are many methods for selecting acu- points. However, they must be composed under certain principles for improving therapeutic effect. The article put forward 13 methods for acu-points selection according to documents and the authors' experience, And it discussed the characteristics, indication and internal relations of 13 methods in order to guide effctively points selection.
