摘要
聚类分析是基于成组技术的变异式CAPP系统的核心内容.提出了一种基于等价闭包法的轴类零件模糊聚类分析方法,此方法通过抽取轴类零件的各类特征参数,计算特征参数的隶属函数值,并通过加权绝对值减数法构建零件的模糊相似矩阵,然后利用等价闭包法进行零件模糊聚类.
Clustering analysis is based on the core contents of variant-CAPP-system in group technology. This paper points out a method which is the Fuzzy clustering analysis of shaft parts based on equivalence closure, this method calculates the characteristic parameters' subordinate-function values to acquire characteristic data by using various property parameters of shaft parts, constructs parts' fuzzy analogous matrix by dimension weighting subtrahend's absolute value method, and analyzes shaft parts' fuzzy clustering by equivalence closure.
