摘要
在Leica万能显微镜下观察了小麦花粉管的发育过程,以及在小麦花期不同间隔时间去雄后调查结实率。研究表明,小麦自然受粉3min后花粉管的最大长度相当于花粉粒的直径,10~20min时花粉管较长,但尚未达到子房,30min时在子房内可以观察到花粉管,40min有些花粉管已接近胚囊,且此时花粉管内胼胝质已经开始形成,但数量较少,60min后花粉管内胼胝质塞大量形成。
Observed the growth course of the wheat pollen tubes on leica multiple-microscope and investigated the seed setting rate in different treatment of stigmas excised after self-pollination. The result showed that the length of pollen tubes was equal to the diameter the pollen pellet 3 min after pollination and the length was longer in 10~20 min, but not entered into ovary. Pollen tubes could be checked on the upper part of ovary at 30 min. several pollen tubes approached the embryo 40 min after self-pollination and sedimentation of callus was found inside pollen tubes, but it was poor. There was much sedimentation in the pollen tubes after self-pollination.The treatment of stigmas excised after-pollination showed that wheat started seed setting 20 min after self-pollination. And the seed setting tend) to stable 40 min after self-pollination.
