摘要
耳穴-体穴-脏腑三者之间关系的客观观测对耳穴治疗中的选穴配方、准确定位具有重要价值。本文观察了75例冠心病人及33例健康人在接受耳穴贴压、体穴针刺和耳穴对照穴在贴压前后的穴位温度、电阻信息。结果表明:耳穴-体穴-脏腑相互有着能为人们客观观测的内在联系,验证了耳穴和体穴客观存在的应用价值,表明耳穴和体穴和调整作用只对病人有效,揭示了治疗中选穴配方和多穴协同作用的重要性。
The objective observation of relationship among the auricular points. Body acupuncture points. and internal organs has very important value for selecting and locating auricular points acurately. The authors observed information of temperature and electrical resistance, which is noted down before and after the auricul point seed pressing therapy. Body acupuncture and contrasting auricular point seed pressing therapy on both coronary heart disease patients and healthy people, and then compared the difference, The result indicated that the auricuiar points, body acupuncture points, and internal organs have internal connection, which can be obserbed objectively. It vertified that the applied value of auricular points and body acupuncture points exists objectively, and their adjustive functions only effect on patients, not on the healthy people. The result also showed the importance of point selection and cooperation of multiple points in auricular therapy.
