在与旧法规(2001版)比较的基础上介绍ASME压力容器法规第五卷2002补遗中有关超声波检验方法的内容,重点介绍第四章焊缝超声波检验方法,包括缺陷尺寸的测定、耦合剂、温度控制、扫查方向、校准试块、几何反射信号的辨别和缺陷显示以及管道及管焊缝的超声波检测。新法规焊缝检验技术要求更加明确、具体。

The requirements for ultrasonic testing in section Ⅴ of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (2002 addenda) are described by comparison with the code 2001. Stress is laid on chapter 4 ultrasonic testing of welds, covering flaw sizing, couplant, temperature control, scanning orientation, calibration block, discrimination of geometric reflected signals, flaw display, ultrasonic testing of pipes and pipe welds. The requirements for weld inspection in the code 2002 addenda are defined and detailed.
