高韧性中低强度金属材料的疲劳试验研究 被引量:4

AN EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION ON FATIGUE TEST FOR HIGH TOUGHNESS AND LOW STRENGTH METALLIC MATERIALS

摘要 针对高韧性中低强度金属材料疲劳试验中的试样过热问题,以旋转弯曲疲劳试验为例,通过试验机的改装,采用冷却试样的方法进行了试验。结果表明,用冷却试样的方法可使试验取得满意的结果,并具有提高效率、降低成本等优点。 During the fatigue test, the test samples are often in an overheated state, especially for metallic materials of high toughness and low strength. Taking the rotating bending fatigue test as an example, the resolving methods were discussed and analyzed, then the fatigue test was carried out by refitting test machines and cooling samples. The result showed that the apparatus can be used to solved the problem and have many advantages such as improving efficiency and reducing cost.
